Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

We have a 7-day (calendar) return policy since the day you receive your purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, you can contact us by the website, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, depending on your card issuer's policies.

CANCELLATION

Please contact us to request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
